お任せする役割:
戦略的調達の推進
カテゴリー戦略の策定、コスト削減機会の特定、RFPの実施、契約交渉を担当。調達ポリシーの遵守を徹底し、サプライヤー評価プロセスを構築します。
カテゴリー管理
車両(営業車・イベント車両)、国内外出張、モバイル、3PL、マーケティング関連の調達を管理。支出分析やKPIモニタリングを通じて、効率的な運用をサポートします。
プロセス管理
新規ベンダー承認、予算管理、調達パフォーマンスレポートの作成など、Procure-to-Payプロセス全体を運営し、コンプライアンスを確保します。
契約・管理業務
契約書レビュー、締結サポート、調達関連書類の管理を通じて、リスクを最小化し、ビジネスの信頼性を高めます。
この役割に求められる知識と専門性 that matter most for this role:
日本語:ネイティブレベル(またはN1+実務経験)
英語:ビジネス文書読解レベル(スピーキング尚可)
日本国内での調達業務経験(5年以上)、交渉経験必須
ステークホルダー管理、支出分析、RFP対応スキル
優れたコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、問題解決力
Microsoft Officeスキル(Excel, Word, PowerPoint等)
歓迎条件:間接材調達経験、グローバル企業での勤務経験、分析ツール(Power BI等)使用経験
給与:経験とスキルにより決定
ボーナス:個人のパフォーマンスにより決定
