【仕事内容】

ネットワークソフトウェアの開発に関連した以下の業務のいずれかを行っていただきます。

1.企業向けネットワーク製品(SDN(※)コントローラおよび運用ソフトウェア)の開発および開発プロジェクトマネジメント

・開発するシステムは例えば、複数の仮想ネットワークの設定、ネットワークスイッチの管理や制御、ネットワークスイッチに接続される端末の検知や状態認識などを行うなど、顧客がネットワークを効率的に運用するためのものです。

・本ネットワーク製品のユーザ様は例えば市役所・区役所様、大学等学校機関様、ビル会社様や大手企業様であり、数百台規模のネットワークスイッチの管理・制御・運用に用いられるシステムです。

・開発スタイルは主としてアジャイルです。

2.セキュリティ運用ソフトウェアの開発および開発プロジェクトマネジメント

・開発するシステムは例えば、セキュリティ運用者が使用するWEB画面に関するものです。

開発プロジェクトにおいては、そのフロントエンドやバックエンドの開発を行います。

各種企業様において、ネットワークの監視やセキュリティインシデントの検知を行うために用いられます。

・開発スタイルはアジャイルおよびウォーターフォールです。

また、ネットワークセキュリティソフトウェアの開発事業の拡大に向けた活動をチーム連携で行っていただきます。

開発および開発プロジェクトマネジメント業務には、具体的には以下を含みます。

・10名超からなる開発チームの取りまとめ

・業務発注元(多くはNECもしくはNECグループ)との対応(報告・提案・調整)

・アジャイルでの開発においては、スクラムマスターおよび開発メンバーとしてのスクラムチームへの参画

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・ウォーターフォール開発プロジェクトにおけるマネジメントの経験、アジャイルプロセスにおけるスクラムマスターとしての開発経験が3年以上あること。この中で、プロジェクト遂行のためのチーム管理、日程管理、顧客もしくは顧客部門との調整・整合・問題対応の経験があること

・ネットワークシステムの基本的な知識(Cisco CCNA相当以上のスキル)があること

・企業ネットワークの設計経験(要件定義、基本設計)を主体的に実施した経験が複数回あること。さらに、この中で、開発チームを代表して顧客との要件整合を行った経験があること

・ネットワークに係るトラブルシューティングを行い成功に導いた経験を持つこと
