Partner with the business unit to align financial goals with strategic initiatives.
■ Main tasks include
- Partner with the business unit to align financial goals with strategic initiatives.
- Develop financial models to support forecasts and scenario analyses.
- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key variances and trends.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing insights into variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Deliver actionable insights through analysis of business drivers and financial metrics.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

Required Experience And Skills
- 5-8 years or more experience in financial control, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and internal controls.
- Experience with using ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
