The site of Tokyo based in Japan belongs to Brain Division. We are looking for a VIE Telematics Software Integrator Engineer for 12 months within the team.
Your challenges?
- You actively understand software requirements and customer tickets, supporting the team with internal ticket creation, handling, fixing, and tracking
- You support the software project team in executing processes, policies, and best practices to ensure proper ticket management and implementation.
- You ensure the software organization meets customer ticket timelines and testing deadlines, maintaining compliance with project standards.
- You remove roadblocks in ticket management by collaborating with other departments (e.g. Requirements Management, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Agile Methods).
- You drive the resolution of issues identified during reviews and assessments, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
- You lead process improvement action plans to enhance ticket management efficiency and software quality performance.
- You prepare data for customer quality communication, share best practices, and promote lessons learned within project teams.
- You analyze and elaborate software requirements with the SW REQ/ARCH Lead, ensuring consistent, traceable, and high-quality implementation.
Let's Talk About You…
- You are graduated from a Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- You already have experience in software development, integration, or testing, ideally in an automotive or embedded systems environment
- You have a fluent level of English (Japanese or French is a plus)
- You have good communication skills, an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, a good listener, positive, professional, and diplomatic
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools or agile methods is a plus
