Your challenges?

• You understand software requirements and customer tickets, supporting internal ticket creation, management, and resolution
• You assist the software project team in process execution, policies, and ticket implementation
• You ensure compliance with customer tickets, implementation timelines, and testing closure
• You remove roadblocks in ticket management, methods, and technical support
• You drive issue resolution from assessments and reviews
• You lead process improvements to enhance ticket management capability
• You contribute to software quality assurance and customer quality communication
• You analyze, allocate, and maintain software requirements while ensuring feasibility
• You set up and configure the test environment and automation framework
• You define, review, and execute test cases, ensuring requirement coverage
• You prepare and participate in software integration test reviews and resolve findings

Let's Talk About You…

• You are graduated from a Engineering/Master degree in Software
• Ideally, you already have experience in these fields
• You have a fluent level of English
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
