【仕事内容】

【想定業務】

法人営業として、既存顧客の深耕および新規顧客の開拓に向けた戦略の企画・推進を担っていただきます。

【主な業務内容】

TTS商材(PC、Microsoftライセンス、DXソリューション等)を理解し、

・トヨタグループ顧客に対しては深耕戦略を、

・トヨタグループ外の一般法人顧客に対しては新規開拓戦略を企画・立案する。企画した戦略に基づき、チームリソースを活用してアクションを実行・推進する。

実行結果を分析し、改善点を抽出。アクションプランをブラッシュアップし、法人顧客の開拓・深耕を継続的に進める。

リーダーとしてチームを編成・牽引し、メンバーの育成を行う。

予算計画、予実管理、事業進捗管理を行い、組織目標の達成に貢献する。

・マーケティング知識・経験を活かし、新規市場の開拓および既存顧客の深耕に挑戦する。

・指示・命令型ではなく、メンバーと共に考え、自らら率先して行動しながらチームをリードできる。

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

・営業戦略立案・実行、プロジェクト進捗管理の経験3年以上

・IT領域での法人営業経験5年以上

・社内外問わず能動的にコミュニケーションをとることができる方

・取引の基本ルールを理解し業務指導をメンバーにできる方(見積/受発注対応、与信管理、契約書作成等)

・顧客に対するニーズ把握/解決策検討/提案書作成/プレゼン等の指導をメンバーにできる方

【歓迎経験・スキル】

・新規顧客開拓経験3年以上

・外資顧客の応対経験、または海外での業務経験

・ITパスポート

・簿記三級

・TOEIC550点以上(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
