仕事内容:

訪問介護は在宅で生活をされている高齢者、障害者の自宅を訪問し、ご利用者の有する能力に応じて入浴、排泄、調理等の日常生活の支援(生活援助、身体介護)を行うお仕事です。

ご利用者が住み慣れたご自宅でいつまでも生き活きと暮らしていくことができるように、訪問介護計画書に沿ってご利用者の持っている力を活かし、サポート支援します。当社ではチームケアとして行う為、毎回、決まったご利用者のケアをするということではありません。複数人のヘルパーがご利用者のケアを行うことにより、様々な視点からご利用者の状態を常に確認することが出来、予防の視点をもって生活の場に関わります。年に数回、ご利用者への目標に近づいているかの確認、進捗状況を点検し今後の支援に活かしていきます。

・入浴介助、排泄介助などの身体介護

・調理、掃除、買い物などの生活援助

・訪問介護計画書に基づいたケアの実施

・ご利用者の状態確認と記録

・チームでの情報共有と支援方針の検討

求める人材:

・介護職員初任者研修(旧ヘルパー2級)以上の資格をお持ちの方

・未経験の方も大歓迎です。多くの職員が未経験入社です。もちろんブランクのある方もOKです。

・同業界のダブルワーク及び同業界以外でも複数社あわせての週40時間以上の勤務は不可になりますのでご了承ください。

時給1,790円~

※試用期間(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)中は時給1,690円

・昇給制度あり(年1回・規程あり)

※訪問介護以外の業務(研修等)は時給1,342円(試用期間中は1,266円)
