【仕事内容】

海外事業で展開しているブロックチェーンテクノロジーを用いたインフラ系システムの開発の全プロジェクト、経営の責任者と事業の戦略策定とプロジェクトマネジメントをお願いします。

弊社では東京にて企画・戦略策定を行い、外部パートナーの開発会社様や当社グループ会社のベトナム法人へ開発を指示、仕様調整やスケジュール調整、問題点への対応などを再度東京側で行い、同じく日本でのデバックを経て、リリース。製品の営業及びCSはセールス部門が行うといった企画・開発・営業・運営・CSまで一貫した製品開発を行っています。

お任せするお仕事は、企画から始めていただく上流工程、開発プロジェクトマネージャーです。

クライアントとコンサルタントとのディスカッションから生まれたビジネススキームを要求仕様に落としこみ、開発環境やインフラの選定、要件定義を基にした機能の精査、開発チームの進捗管理などがメインのお仕事になります。

必要に応じてクライアントとのディスカッションの場にも同席いただき、クライアントからのニーズを正確に把握することが求められますが、コンサルタントやアナリスト、アソシエイトなど職種を越えてフォローし合える環境です。

・開発マネージメント(予算管理、全体的な進行管理、関係各所へのディレクションなど)

・企画&プレゼン

・仕様設計/仕様書作成

・見積り取得/発注

・外注管理(開発委託先と仕様調整やスケジュール調整、問題点への対応など)

・デバッグチーム管理(作業状況の管理や仕様質問への対応など)

・テストケース作成(テスト項目設計)

・検証作業

・検収作業(納品物管理)

・不具合修正判断

・セキュリティ管理
