株式会社ケア・ウィングは、

平成24年、東京都北区にて設立した訪問介護・生活支援サービス事業を行う企業です。

"利用者一人ひとりと丁寧に向き合う"ことを大切にし、

地域密着で温もりあるケアを提供し続けることを目指しています。

創業10周年を迎えた令和4年、事業所名を「ヒカリかがやく赤羽本店」へ変更し、

令和6年には「ヒカリかがやく川口」を埼玉県川口市幸町にオープンいたしました。

若手スタッフから50代以上のベテランスタッフまで幅広い年代の方が活躍しており、

今後も拠点を拡大しながら、若い人材を育てていく組織です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

◆訪問介護サービスの"縁の下の力持ち"として、 現場サポートやその他事務業務をお任せします。

『具体的には...』

・ホームヘルパー業務(身体介護、生活援助)

・ヒアリング内容などを担当ケアマネージャーへ報告・相談

・担当ヘルパーへの情報共有やサポート

・サービス計画の調整・実施

・利用者様・ご家族との相談対応

・書類作成・報告業務などの事務処理 など

丁寧な研修とOJTで学んでいける体制を整えています♪

ブランクがあったり介護職の経験が浅い方も安心して働いていただけます。

【基本シフト】8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

※その他以下シフトも有り

8:00~17:00(休憩60分)

・完全週休2日制(曜日固定でのお休みとなります)

・有給休暇※勤続6ヶ月で10日付与 (有給取得率100%)
