工事前の段取り業務をお願いします。

※社内では「段取り職」として位置づけています。

営業・現場・職人の間に入り、

人・物・時間・情報を整理し、

現場が止まらず、

安全に進む状態をつくる仕事です。

本社勤務が中心で、

現場に常駐することはありません。

※売上ノルマ・新規営業・現場作業はありません

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 工事前(業務の中心)

・営業からの案件情報整理

・現場条件・工事内容の確認

・職人・協力会社の手配補助

・資材・車両の段取り

・作業届・安全書類の確認

・工事前日の最終確認(人・物・時間)

  • 工事当日

・職人集合・資材到着の確認

・現場からの問い合わせ一次対応

・変更・調整時の社内連携

  • 工事後

・完了確認

・問題点・改善点の整理

・次回工事へのフィードバック

試用期間(6か月)※給与条件変更なし

450万円〜550万円
