土日休みで安定して働ける地下トンネル切削工事スタッフ

仕事内容


【シールドマシン工事】

地下トンネルや地下管路の建設に伴うシールドマシン工事をお願いします。

機器の据付、シールドマシンによる掘削作業、マシーンの解体まで、

⼯事の最初から最後までトータルで対応。

※案件によっては掘削のみ・解体のみなどもあります。

都市交通インフラや地域の発展に必要不可欠な仕事で安定して働く事が出来ます。

また、地盤の安定性を確保しながら作業を進め、地下空間の安全な構築を行う

綿密な工事となりますので高度で確かな技術が習得できます。

※シールドマシン⼯事を最初から最後まできる企業は少なく、一生モノの技術や

知識を身に着けたい方におススメのポジションです。

  • 作業は6〜7名1チームで対応。
  • 現場によっては年単位となる場合があります。

【重量とび・鍛冶工事もポジションあり】

製鉄所、石油プラントなどでの重量物の搬入・据付・解体・撤去や

足場仮設や鍛冶工事なども行っております。

基本的には専属チームが行いますが、希望者にはそちらに配属しスキルアップも可能です。

毎朝の健康チェックに始まり、各作業の目視確認、複数人での安全確認などをルール化、

各自、常に安全を意識して作業を行っています。

どの仕事も工期が決まっており、その工期を気にするあまり安全が疎かになりがちですが、

当社では全員が「安全最優先」という意識を持ち、他社様とも協力体制を整え、労働災害ゼロを目指しております。

シールドマシン工事又はそれに類似する土木工事経験のある方

  • 経験を活かしてステップアップしたい方やとにかく稼ぎたい方大歓迎

※重量鳶、鍛治溶接、足場鳶、鉄骨鳶、土工、重機オペ、水道工事、外構工事、土木電気などの経験者は優遇。

【歓迎資格】

ガス溶接作業主任者、普通自動車運転免許(第1種)、足場の組立て等作業主任者、

高所作業車運転(作業床10m以上)、玉掛業務従事者

※業務に必要な資格は会社支援で取得可能です。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり23日 〜 25日

8:00〜17:00(休憩:120分)

※現場により夜間業務の場合あり

休日休暇


土日休み(完全週休2日制)+祝日

※他、長期休暇あり(GW・夏季・年末年始)

※有給休暇は法令に則り支給

※稼ぎたい方は隔週土曜出勤なども可能です。

  • 千葉県木更津市牛袋92-1 (祇園駅から徒歩約15分・事務所から車で5分程)

※駐車場完備/自動車通勤OK

※現場は千葉県・東京都・神奈川県など1時間圏内がほとんど。

給与詳細


基本給:日給 1万6000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

お持ちの資格、能力、経験年数、前職の給与などを考慮し給与額は決定します。

※賞与・昇給あり(能力や頑張り・役職などに応じて月収2.5〜5万円の昇給も可能)

給与例


①月収40万円+手当別途支給(月25日稼働の場合)

=日給1万6000円×25日+残業・交通費などの手当別途支給

②月収35万2000円+手当別途支給(月22日稼働の場合)

=日給1万6000円×25日+残業・交通費などの手当別途支給
