私は夜職をしたことがなかったので、都内の"ザ・繁華街"的な所は抵抗がありました。

それでここに来てみたんですが、オープンしたばかりで周りの子もみんな新人さんだから、すごく安心感があったんですよね

上下関係とかグループみたいなのも全然ないし、私みたいな初心者の子がたくさんいるから、とっても気軽に働けます♪

あと新店の嬉しい所は、トイレとかスタッフルームも全部ピッカピカな所

在籍メンバーは、学生さん・OLさん・フリーターさんなど色んなタイプの子がいます

お店の接客スタイルが、一人でというよりは"みんなでワイワイ"する感じなので、気づいたらチーム感が出てきて仲良くなってました♪

お仕事帰りに、店長のおごりで飲んだり食べたりすることもあるので、楽しみにしていてくださいね(笑)

在籍している子は、未経験が7割・経験者が3割くらい?ですが、新しいお店なのでグループとか先輩後輩関係なく、みんなで仲良くできる環境です。

店長がすっごく良い人で、偉そうにする態度とか意地悪とか、そういう雰囲気にならないようにしてくれているんですよね。

だからおかげで、みんなサークルみたいなノリで楽しくお仕事できてます♪

そもそも時給が高いっていうのもあるんですけど、ドリンクバックがかなり高いので、週3くらいしか出勤してなくても月25万くらいは稼げちゃいます

あんまり大きい声では言えませんが、レギュラーで出た時は50万を超えちゃいました(こっそり)

面倒なマニュアルとか決まり事はないし、特に店長の人柄が良いので、ナイトワークのギスギスした感じがニガテな子には、絶対にオススメです

居酒屋とかファストフードやカフェでバイトするのと同じ時間で、きっと3倍くらいは稼げるようになりますよ
