仕事概要
当社は丸紅グループ・株式会社講談社・株式会社小学館・株式会社集英社によって日本の出版流通をDXの活用によりサステナブルなものに改革することを目指して2022年3月に設立されました。当社におけるAI発行・配本事業本部のサプライチェーン領域の新規事業開発をお任せします。 業界のキープレーヤーとのアライアンス、顧客起点でのAI×DXによる新サービス開発など、ご希望や能力に応じて幅広い業務をお任せしたいと考えています。 ・出版業界各社のお客様へ当社のテクノロジーを活かした課題解決のコンサルティングおよび導入へ向けた提案 ・エンジニア、データサイエンティストへのプロジェクト要件の伝達、協働による成果創出 ・プロジェクトマネジメント(ゴール設定、お客様とのMTGにおけるファシリテーション、進捗管理) ・出版業界の課題をDXにより解決する事業企画、プロジェクト要件定義 ・リード獲得~クロージングに至る法人向け営業活動全般 AI発行・配本事業部について サステナブルな出版流通を実現するために、DXを活用したサプライチェーン全体の最適化サービスを提供します。出版社様、販売会社様、書店様とステークホルダーも多く調整を含めて大変ではありますが、サプライチェーンの上流~下流まで一気通貫で改革出来る非常にやりがいあるポジションになっております。 成長機会 ・組織はフラットで風通しよく、年齢や役職に関係なく皆でオープンに意見を出し合いながら仕事を進めています ・大手の資本力+最新のテクノロジーでスケールの大きな業界改革に携われます ・経験豊富なビジネスマン、高度な専門性を持つエンジニア、データサイエンティストなどユニークなメンバーと連携しながら仕事を進めるため、互いに切磋琢磨しながら成長出来る環境があります ・単に成長だけを追い求めるのではなく、サステナブルな独自の事業創造に携わる経験が出来ます。 従事すべき業務の変更範囲:基本的には面接にてご確認させて頂いた上で、スキル・ご経験を踏まえポジションオファーをさせて頂きます。 ご本人の適正により話し合いの上、当社業務全般に変更の可能性があります。 勤務場所の変更範囲:KDX虎ノ門一丁目ビルまたは在宅勤務のいずれか
必須スキル
・大卒以上 下記経験必須 ・事業開発またはサービス開発の経験 ・ロジスティックスまたはサプライチェーンの業務構築またはオペレーション経験 ・システムエンジニアとの協業経験
歓迎スキル
・サプライチェーンデータを活用した業務改善の経験 ・スタートアップ/ベンチャー企業での新規事業開発経験 ・AI/SaaS/サプライチェーン関連ソリューションの導入・立上げに携わった経験
