札幌拠点のコンサルティングセールス(求人広告・人材紹介の新規営業)

KPI達成後は最短で3ヶ月で正式にMGRへの昇進も可能。

組織拡大期だからこそ、新規事業も年単位で複数立ち上げをおこなっていくので、新規事業や事業責任者のポジションへのチャンスもあります。

クライアント(ノンデスク産業の経営者・採用責任者)の採用課題をヒアリングした上で、企業にあった適切な商材をご提案し、課題解決をしていくお仕事です。

経営者や人事責任者と同じ視点で提案し、深刻なドライバー不足を解決する影響力の大きな仕事です。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

・採用課題のヒアリング

・電話での新規開拓のほか、お問い合わせ頂いたお客様に採用課題をヒアリングし、商談のアポイントを取得。エリアに決まりはなく、事業方針に合わせて決定します。

・組織のマネージメント

・人材紹介事業と求人広告事業の兼任MGR 営業管理や営業実務だけでなく、toBマーケティング戦略も進めていただきます。

・最適なWeb広告のご提案(電話商談・訪問アポイント取得)

・自社の力で母集団形成することに興味をお持ちのお客様に対し、採用課題やご予算に合わせた提案をします。

・施策の実施

・セールスをセールスとしてだけでなく、BtoBマーケティング全体の中の位置手段として捉え、FAXやメールマーケティングなど、あらゆる手段を模索しながら、それらを実行に移していただきます。 そのプロセスの中で、必要に応じてCOOと共同しながら、マーケティング戦略を計画し、施策の実施を進めていけます。

・BtoBの新規開拓営業の経験3年以上

・2名以上のマネジメント経験1年以上(条件を満たしていない方でもご相談ください)

・PCスキル(タイピング/Word/Excelなど)

Q:なぜノンデスク産業に着目してビジネスを展開しているのですか?

A:私たちは「令和を代表するメガベンチャーを創る」というミッションから逆算して、どの業界よりも市場が大きくまだ開拓されていないノンデスク業界に軸足を置き、ビジネスを展開しています。その為、業界に興味を持ってご入社された方より、「競合が少なく、大きな市場で業界で1番を目指していけること」、「会社の成長が早いことで、スピード感を持ってキャリアアップしていけること」を求めてご入社される方がほとんどです。また幅広い知識をつけることを目的として総合領域の人材企業を選択される方もいらっしゃいますが、本当に市場価値を上げたいのであれば業界の知識よりもどんな業界でも通用する汎用的なポータブルスキル(ex.仕組みを作る。問題を解決する等)の方が大事です。(業界の知識は調べれば誰でも身につけられるので、市場価値を上げる手段にはならないため)

Q:トラックドライバーの時間外労働時間上限が制限される『物流の2024年問題』の煽りは受けませんか?

A:『2024年問題』は当社にとって追い風です。『2024年問題』を契機に、荷主・運送会社共に危機感が生まれ、人材採用とデジタル化への投資を積極的に進める会社が増えています。

また、コロナによって非対面を前提としたオペレーションが増えた結果、デジタル化も進んできています。人口減少する日本におけるDXの最後の砦と言われる、ノンデスク産業に対して、人材採用と業務管理のデジタル化を急速に推し進めており、時流に即した黒子の成長企業となっています。

Q:ノンデスク産業はなんとなく大変なイメージがあります。実際はどうですか?

A:大変さがあるとすれば「営業力を伸ばすための成長痛」だと思います。ノンデスク産業の人材紹介はまだまだ発展途上であるのに加えて、専門性が高く、大手の総合系の人材紹介と比べて求人数が少ないです。

そんな中で、転職支援をしていくためには、「いかに求人の魅力を適切に伝えられるか」という視点が問われます。魅力を伝えるには、営業や業界に関する洞察を深めていただくような勉強が必要になるので、そういった意味では確かに大変です。
