学習塾の運営サポートスタッフとして、

教室全体のマネジメントや

生徒・保護者対応をお任せします。

仕事内容

  • 生徒・保護者との面談、学習状況のフォロー
  • 生徒の学習計画作成・進捗管理
  • アルバイトスタッフの採用・育成・シフト管理
  • 教室の運営・環境整備
  • 入塾希望者への説明・カウンセリング
  • ブログやSNSなどを活用した広報・集客活動

※説明会や面談はマニュアル・トークスクリプト完備

※運営業務は教室長がしっかりサポートします

生徒は主に小学生・中学生・高校生
