仕事内容


[おせんべいの生産・仕上げ・チーム管理]

【具体的に】

・おせんべいの生地を焼き、味付けをする

・機械の動作・温度確認、製品の品質確認

・チーム内のスタッフ管理・教育指導など

【まずは作業の流れを覚えていただきます】

入社半年程で覚えられるくらいの単純作業

覚えたら、機械が自動で完成してくれます

<お任せするのは「機械の補助」的な役割>

【先輩の指導の下、腕を磨いてください】

機械の自動生産でも、都度の微調整は必須

これは、製造時の室温・機械温度などにより

完成したときの味に変化が出るから。人力の

こまめな温度確認が、とても重要なんです

入社後、約2年程度で適正温度・環境などを

把握できるようになりますよ+。・*。・

生産段階から納期までの工程管理、準社員、

アルバイト・パート社員などのまとめ役に

「こういうときは、こっちがいいと思うよ」

「この温度に調整して」など、積み重ねた経験

を活かしチームをまとめる役割も目指せる
