そんな大手のコンビニで働く従業員の方からのお問い合わせ対応を行うお仕事です。

・機器の操作方法のご案内

・修理業者の手配

・対応内容のデータ入力

をお願いします。

決まった手順に沿って対応するので、専門知識は不要

オフィスワーク未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

2種類の勤務形態からライフスタイルに合わせた働き方を選べる

面接の際に希望の勤務方法についてお伺いいたします。

(1)3勤4休制

9:00~21:00(休憩1h)/実働11h

(2)勤務日、時間選択制

5:00~24:00の中で1日の勤務時間(6h以上)を選択

週30h以上の勤務であれば自由に選択可能です

例)

週5勤務 / 火曜~土曜(日月休み)16:00~24:00

週4勤務 / 月火水土(金木日休み)6:00~15:00 等

6h×週5、8h×週4など、働く時間とお休みをカスタマイズ可能

出勤時間の多少の前後をご希望の場合はご相談ください

  • ※1日8h以上の勤務の場合は1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制を適用

    (想定労働時間160~176時間/月)

    ※研修中(1か月間)は平日6:00~21:00の間で1日6h以上勤務

    ※入社後はご希望の形態での固定勤務となります。

契約更新期間:6カ月

  • ※(1)3勤4休制、(2)勤務日、時間選択制ともに

    希望シフト提出制ではなく曜日完全固定シフトとなります。

    GWや年末年始等の祝日も曜日通りの出勤となります。

    ※(2)の場合、祝日の勤務についてはご相談の上、決定いたします。

基本給:時給 1500円 〜

・残業代1分単位で別途支給
