【募集ポジション】

不動産接客スタッフ(繁忙期1~3月の短期パート)

【主な業務内容】

・社用車でお客様を現地へご案内(西千葉を中心に千葉~稲毛エリア、車で30分圏内)

・ご来店されたお客様への接客、お茶出し

・簡単なPC入力、メール返信のサポート

・書類・備品整理

・キャンペーン商品の封入作業

・SNSや日記ブログの更新サポート

【業務の特徴】

・扱う物件:マンションやアパート

・対応エリア:地元西千葉を中心に、千葉~稲毛エリア

・お客様構成:駅前の国立大学の大学生7割、ファミリー2割、社会人1割

・未経験からじっくりと成長できる環境

・先輩社員が丁寧にサポート

【1日の流れ】

・08:45 出勤・店内清掃

・08:55 朝礼・ミーティング

・09:00 AM 業務開始

来店されたお客様へのお茶出し

社用車でお客様を現地へご案内

物件巡回(入居前のお部屋チェック)

簡単なPC入力、メール返信のお手伝い

書類作成のお手伝い

SNS更新

・12:00 昼休憩(交替制)

・13:00 PM 業務再開

社用車でお客様を現地へご案内

物件巡回(入居前のお部屋チェック)

書類作成のお手伝い

物件の写真撮影

キャンペーン商品の封入お手伝い

社内備品の整理

・17:00 店舗営業終了・終業・帰宅
