仕事内容:

主要となる業務内容は東京オフィスにおける

人事・労務業務全般となります。

本社機能である東京オフィスの企画総務として、

全社の人事・労務業務(給与・賞与業務、社会保険業務、勤怠管理、社員管理データベース関連、安全衛生)を

担当するとともに

東京オフィスの各業務担当者と連携し、総務・庶務業務を

対応いただきます。

所属となる「企画総務部門」は、

総務・人事労務・経理財務・法務・情報システム・庶務等、

当社の根幹業務を担う部門であり、

企画総務部門の業務については

「企画総務部門全員で対応する」ことを

基本姿勢としているため、

その一員として主要業務以外の企画総務業務全般に亘って

積極的に関与いただきます。

求める人材:

必須要件

・一般企業における事務経験を有する方(総務部門勤務、人事労務系実務経験あれば尚可)

・マイクロソフトオフィス系に代表される一般的なソフトウェアの操作

・社内外との適切なコミュニケーションスキル

勤務時間・曜日:

・標準勤務時間 : 9:00~17:30(休憩70 分)

・ 勤務形態 : フレックスタイム勤務制度

・残業時間:月10時間程度(繁忙期)

給与:

・ 昇給1 回/年、賞与2 回/年

・(基本給235,000円~250,000円)地域手当20,000 円含む。

残業手当は別途支給。

通勤費当社規程により支給。
