仕事内容:

特許審査に必要な先行技術調査及び特許出願書類への特許分類付与業務のお仕事です。

(1)特許審査に必要な先行技術調査

先行技術調査では、主に国内および外国の特許文献を対象に調査を行っており、調査の際は特許庁の保有する特許文献検索システムにアクセスして、検索・スクリーニングを行います。

また、調査結果報告は、特許審査官にオンライン形式で説明し、効率的な意思疎通を通して品質の向上を図り、審査処理の促進に寄与しています。

(2)公開前の特許出願に対する特許分類の付与、公開公報に対する特許分類の再付与

特許出願の特許分類付与は、まず独自システムによりどの技術分野に属するかを特定し、その後担当分野の専門技術者が分類を付与します。

正確に特許分類付与するためにはあらゆる技術分野に精通した専門技術者の協同作業が不可欠であり、全技術分野の専門技術者が在籍しているからこそできることです。

最終的に確定した付与データはオンラインで納品され、特許文献検索システムに蓄積されて、先行技術調査等に利用されます。

【必須条件】

■大学卒以上および科学技術経験が4年以上

■短大卒、高専卒および科学技術経験が6年以上

【歓迎条件】

・専門技術に精通している者で、かつ、技術文献(英語文献を含む)の読解力があること(特許関連業務の経験は不問)

・十分なコミュニケーション能力を有すること

・原則、管理職相当の実務経験を有すること

・柔軟性、協調性があること

・業務上支障のない健康状態であること

・パソコン操作ができること

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥370,850以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥78,750(34時間30分相当分)を含む。34時間30分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収 5,493,323円〜

※初年度想定年収

■月34.5時間分相当の固定残業代(1年次:78,750円、2年次:81,900円、3年次以降:97,860円)含む。超過分は別途支給

〇給与例

・2年目までは習熟期間として業務量軽減等を行っているため、業務量に応じた年収となります。

【1年目年収】約549万円(設定業務量を達成した場合)

【2年目年収】約594万円(設定業務量を達成した場合)

・3年目以降、目標業務量選択制度が適用され各人で選択した業務量に応じて年収の増減あり

月給:45万円以上(入団3年目で標準コース・標準ランクの場合)+その他住宅手当等あり

年収:約684万円(入団3年目で標準業務量を達成した場合)

※68歳以降についても、それまでの貢献度、担当分野の業務量等の一定条件を満たす場合は、最長73歳まで勤務することが可能

※(独)工業所有権情報・研修館(INPIT)が実施する「調査業務実施者育成研修」において、研修が未了となった場合は雇用期間中であっても雇用契約を解除)
