・採用に関する管理全般(主に中途採用)
・採用計画達成のための、ポジション別採用戦略の立案と実行
・各部門を巻き込んだ全社採用力向上施策
・各職種(正社員、業務委託、派遣社員、障がい者)の採用
・採用広報の企画と実行
・チームメンバーの育成
※ご経験に応じて新卒採用・研修、その他の人事領域(人事制度の改善・運用、人事評価、カルチャー醸成、人材開発、組織開発、サステナビリティ関連等)にも関わっていただくことが可能です。

・募集背景を理解し、求人票やスカウト文面に落とし込んできたアウトプット経験
