【仕事内容】

採用業務を通じ、TCユニオンで働く仲間を見つけていただくお仕事です

具体的には、以下の流れでお仕事を進めていただきます。

【最初のお仕事】

・紹介会社様や採用ツール会社様とのメール対応

・各種人事・採用事務処理

・SNSの更新

・チャット対応

【慣れてきたらこんなお仕事もできます】

・新卒、キャリア採用選考における面談や面接対応

学生や求職者のやりたいことをヒアリングしてTCユニオンの

魅力をお伝えしていただきます

学生と求職者のキャリア形成のお手伝いができます

・採用イベントの企画、運営

学生が面白そうと思うような楽しいインターンシップの企画、

運営を行っていただきます

給与:

基本給:220,000~260,000円

■昇給あり(~6000円/月 ※前年度実績)

【その他手当】

■精勤手当 5,000円

■住宅手当 ~15,000円

■家族手当 ~13,000円

■交通費支給(実費。月20,000円まで)

※試用期間2~3ヶ月

試用期間中の労働条件:同条件
