Site Reliability Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strengthen reliability and performance for a large-scale digital membership service
- Manage and enhance service-level objectives while monitoring infrastructure health, capacity, and incidents
- Configure and optimize OS, middleware, and databases for a fast-growing user base (MySQL, Redis, BigQuery)
- Partner with product and development teams to design scalable cloud infrastructure and automated workflows
- Develop and improve tools for monitoring, automation, and incident response, always aiming for operational efficiency
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid experience designing, operating, and monitoring cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on skills in automation, tooling, and service reliability
- Positive attitude toward collaborative product development and open technical discussions
- Already based in Japan with a valid work visa or legal work status
Bonus Experience:
- Scaling and reliability for large user-facing services
- Web application development or backend systems know-how
- Familiarity with IaC tools and CI/CD pipelines
