【会社概要】

当社の基軸となる二つの事業ドメインは、「介護(Care)」と「治療(Cure)」です。当社の祖業である介護領域のライフケア事業では、食事・はいせつ・入浴の三大介助の一つである、はいせつ介護のメイン商材である大人用紙おむつを製造販売しております。近年伸びが著しい治療領域のメディカル事業では、病院の手術室で使用される当社独自のSCK(Standard Convenience Kit)という手術キットをはじめとする各種手術キットを製造販売しております。

【主な仕事内容】

私たちメーカーにおけるSCM・ロジスティクス部門は、調達から生産・販売・物流まで、サプライチェーン全体を統合的に管理し、企業競争力を高める重要な戦略部門です。同部門では、最適なロジスティクス体制の構築をめざし、コスト削減・納期・在庫管理・品質維持の向上および環境配慮への取組み等を牽引しています。この戦略部門である、物流部門の部門長として、人財と組織を再構築、育成しながらSCM・ロジスティクス全般における競争優位性の確保および物流機能のさらなる向上を実現する役割を担っていただきます。

・組織マネジメント(管理職育成、組織活性化等の組織マネジメント全般)

・部門戦略の立案・実行

【募集背景】

組織強化を目的をしたマネジメント人財(部門長クラス)の募集

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■部門長として、組織構築、方針浸透、コミュニケーションケア、管理職育成などのマネジメントスキルは必須

(課題解決力・組織統率力・人財育成力に長けている方)

【歓迎要件】

▼物流機能に関しての知見を有している方

▼物流部門またはサプライチェーン領域でのマネジメント経験(部長クラス以上)

▼組織マネジメントの経験がある方(部長クラス以上)

【給与】

年収 850 ~ 1000 万円

(年齢、経験を考慮)

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
