仕事内容:

開発・サービス部にて、DEI(ダイバーシティ、エクイティ、インクルージョン)領域で企業の組織変革を支援するサービスの運営・開発・マーケティングに関わる事務・アシスタント業務を担当します。

コンサルティング、eラーニングや研修、ハンドブックなどのツールを通じて、課題の可視化から施策立案、風土改革・意識改革・スキルアップまでを一貫して支援しています。

【具体的な業務内容】

◆サービス運営業務

・eラーニングの運用仕様調整、申込受付、データ納品

・介護両立支援プラットフォームの運営(ヘルプデスク、企業登録、ウェビナー企画・運営)

・オンライン研修の企画・運営

◆開発業務

・両立支援ハンドブックのセミカスタマイズディレクション

・eラーニング・研修動画の編集アシスタント

・入札案件の一部担当

◆マーケティング業務(市場浸透・リード創出)

・ホームページ用原稿作成(主にサービスに関する原稿)

・メルマガ原稿作成・配信

・note向け記事の作成・配信

・一般事務または営業事務経験(1年以上)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00(休憩60分)

※月平均残業時間:5時間程度

【モデル年収】

・メンバー(スペシャリスト級含む):400〜600万円代

・チームリーダー:600〜750万円

・部署責任者:750〜1000万円
