仕事内容


大阪マリオット都ホテルにて施設管理業務をお任せします。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 施設管理業務全般

・電気・空調・給排水設備の管理および保守

・建築設備の維持管理

・厨房設備の点検維持管理および保守

・機器更新・修繕工事等の計画、業者手配および立会

・外部電話対応

・修理、工事作業報告書の作成および業者手配、立会

・エネルギーデータ作成および管理

・各種営繕、修繕業務(軽微なもの)

などのあらゆる機器や建物の点検・管理・修理

など

  • エンジニア経験2年以上必須

(ホテルエンジニア経験ある方歓迎)

  • 日本語のコミュニケーション/読み/書き能力
  • Word、Excel等基本的なパソコン操作スキル
