・海外向けネットショップの管理全般

└ネットショップの方向性の策定、付随する業務の遂行管理など

・スタッフマネジメント(アルバイトの育成・管理)

・社内業務の改善やフロー設計

・新規事業への参画や実行計画の立案・実行

・9:00~18:00(休憩60分/実働8時間)

・固定残業時間:月20時間分を含む(超過分は別途支給)

アクセス:

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥277,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥37,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:277,000円(試用期間中も同額)

└ 基本給:240,000円

└ 固定残業代:37,000円(20時間分/月)を含む

※月20時間を超える残業分は、別途全額支給

賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

 基本給1ヶ月分(初回は0.5ヶ月)※試用期間中は賞与の支給対象外です。

※裁量あるポジションのため、成果・姿勢次第で昇給・正社員登用あり
