仕事内容:

UI設計、提案、開発、運用業務をお任せします。サービスのUI/UX改善を本格化するための増員募集です。ユーザーにとって快適なサービス提供を目指し、チームで挑戦できるデザイナーを求めています。

【具体的な業務内容】

作品の販売や購入、閲覧に関する利便性の向上など、事業成長のための施策実行を担当します。

・UI/UXおよびパフォーマンスの改善

・ECサイトや商品管理サイトの機能追加、施策など

事業運営における機能改善や、デザインシステムの構築・運用を通じて、開発効率と保守性の高いシンプルな開発環境を実現します。

現在は、UI/UX改善とパフォーマンス改善を軸に、既存システムのリプレイスを進め、国内売上No.1を目指して開発を行っています。ビジネス要求を基に課題を整理し、情報設計を行います。

【担当工程】

案件定義、基本設計、詳細設計、ユーザーテスト、保守改修

【開発環境】

開発マシンはMacまたはWindows(JIS/US選択可)。デザインツールはPhotoshop、Figmaを利用します。

開発言語はHTML/CSS(SCSS)/JavaScript/PHP、ライブラリ・フレームワークはPHP/独自フレームワーク/Laravel/jQuery/Reactを使用。

管理ツールとしてBitbucket、Github、JIRA、Confluence、コミュニケーションツールとしてSlack、Discord、GoogleMeet、Zoomを利用しています。

求める人材:

【基本スキル】

・インハウスデザイナー経験

・photoshopやiillustrator利用した実務経験

・figma / XDなどのプロトタイピングツールを利用した実務経験

・エンジニアなどの他職能とチームで案件実装した経験(スクラム・ウォータフォールは問いません)

【尚可スキル】

・約20ページ以上で構成されるwebサイトのUIデザインの経験

・複数人のデザイナーと分担して、業務設計し牽引した経験

・Human Interface Guidelines・Material Designの理解

・サービスコンセプト設計・ブランディング・UX設計の経験

・デザインガイドライン・デザインシステム構築・運用経験

勤務地:

最寄り:六本木一丁目/金沢

リモート状況:ハイブリッド(割合未定)

リモート補足:・現在はほぼリモートですが、方針変更で出社切り替えとなる場合がございます

・初日の人事ガイダンスはご出社いただきます

給与:
