【17名のチームを支える、一番身近なサポーター】

私たちは受託開発を行っているIT企業です。現在、エンジニアを中心に17名が在籍しています。これまではみんなで分担してきた事務仕事ですが、おかげさまで忙しくなってきたため、専任で支えてくれる仲間を探すことにしました。現在、他の業務と兼務しているメンバーからしっかり引き継ぎをしますので、安心してスタートできる環境です。

【具体的にお任せしたいこと】

「事務だけ」に縛られず、チームが助かることを幅広く、楽しみながら進めていただきます。

  • 1.日々の事務・管理サポート

会社の土台を支える、コツコツ進めるお仕事です。

・専用ソフトへのデータ入力や、書類の仕分け、管理

・請求書の発行や、簡単な経理データのチェック

・税理士さんなど、専門家の方とのやり取り

数字を扱うので「丁寧さ」は大切ですが、難しい計算などはソフトや専門家にお任せしています。

  • 2.AIを使ったスマートなお手伝い

IT企業らしく、最新のAIツール(ChatGPTなど)を味方につけています。

・AIを使って、営業資料のたたき台やリサーチを行う

・「もっと楽に終わらせる方法」をAIと一緒に考える

手順はこちらでレクチャーします。「最新のツールを触ってみたい」という好奇心があれば、今のスキルは問いません。

  • 3.会社の雰囲気を伝える広報・総務

・SNSでのちょっとした発信や、社内環境の整備

・メンバーが気持ちよく働けるような、ちょっとした気配り

広報などの仕事は、まずは余裕がある時だけで大丈夫です。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

時間の長さではなく「質の高い仕事」を大切にしています。

そのため、生活リズムやコンディションに合わせて働く時間を調整できるフレックスタイム制を導入しています。

  • コアタイム:11:00 - 17:00

日中のコアタイムに集中してチームで連携し、その前後の時間は個人の裁量に委ねています。

満員電車のストレスを避け、少し遅めの時間に余裕を持って出社することが可能です。朝の静かな時間を、読書や運動など「自分のための時間」として有効活用できます。

コアタイム終了後は、私用や通院、家族との時間に合わせて早めに切り上げるなど、一日の終わりを自分でデザインできます。

「今日は雨が強いから少し遅らせよう」といった、その時々の状況に合わせた柔軟な働き方をチーム全体で尊重しています。

  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円 〜 3万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

  • 決算賞与

業績連動型の決算賞与が別途ございます。

  • 近距離手当:月額 30,000円

職場の近くにお住まいの方をサポートします。

  • 皆勤手当:月額 10,000円

日々の業務への安定した取り組みを評価し、毎月支給いたします。

月額最大 20,000円まで、実際にかかった交通費を支給いたします。
