Overview of Business and Organizational Structure

Belonging to the Cloud Application Business Division, we provide consulting and solution proposals to support DX and resolve issues in business administration, corporate planning, FP&A, and accounting and finance departments by utilizing all SAAS solutions with EPM Cloud (business administration, consolidated management, budget, and management accounting cloud) as the core. We provide consulting and solution proposals to support DX and resolve issues in the business management, corporate planning, FP&A, and accounting and finance departments.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing consulting and solution proposals utilizing Oracle EPM Cloud (formerly Hyperion) for DX in the Business Administration, Corporate Planning, FP&A, and Accounting and Finance departments. The position will conduct interviews with clients on management and business issues, prepare product solutions and proposals, and conduct presentations and demonstrations.

Roles & Responsibility

 Should be familiar with financial management operations, (accounting & management accounting) operations.
 Promote data utilization to realize corporate DX and support realization of data-driven management
 Interested in supporting and consulting Japanese clients' financial management and corporate planning departments for DX.

Required career, skills, qualifications, etc. (any of the following apply)
1. experience in proposing or implementing budgeting and management accounting systems
2. experience in proposing or implementing forecasting using AI and statistical methods
3. experience in consulting in the area of financial management operations
4. integrated management of corporate management data
5. experience in data utilization consulting
6. experience in BI solution
