【勤務時間】

●8:00-17:00の間でシフト制

基本的に平日メインの勤務、場合によっては土・日・祝日勤務あり

※土日祝日・繁忙期(年末年始、3, 4月、ゴールデンウィーク、夏休み(お盆)、シルバーウィークなど)の勤務していただく場合がございます。

「魅せる空間、創る空間-イケアのVMDとインテリアデザイナーをひも解く」

【仕事内容】


• 常にお客さまの視点に立ち、見やすく探しやすい売り場のレイアウトを提案する


• 季節やテーマを元に、商品を魅力的に伝えるプロモーションの展示企画をする


• より良い暮らしを提案する機能的で美しいショールームプラン作成、設営


• 店内のレイアウトやディスプレイのプラン作成、設営


• インテリアと暮らしに関する知識に基づいた、機能的で美しいホームファニッシングアイデアの提供


• 家での暮らしに関する知識をほかの部署に共有し、ビジネスに貢献する

【やりがい・仕事環境】

私たちヴィジュアルマーチャンダイジングチームはマネージャーを含め計7名のチームで、店内全体のレイアウト、様々な媒体で異なるテクニックを使い商品をより魅力的に演出することを担当し手がけています。チームや個人で担当するタスクやプロジェクトは多岐に渡るので、様々な美しいデザインや機能的なソリューションを生み出し、楽しむことができる方にはぴったりの環境です。チームの雰囲気はとてもオープンで、お互いをリスペクトして協力し合いながら仕事しています。自分で自分をリードするカルチャーが強く、スピード感を持ちながら日々新しいチャレンジに挑戦できます。自分らしく、共に成長しながらお仕事したい方をお待ちしています

【雇用形態】


• フルタイム正社員週40時間


• 試用期間:6ヶ月


• 入社日:毎月1日(開始月についてはご相談ください)
