「現場を回す司令塔」ではありません。

現場の空気を整える

スタッフが困らないように調整する

社員と現場の"間"に立つ

いわば"クッション役・調整役"。

指示を出すだけの管理職とは、まったく違います。

【仕事内容】

※無理な業務はありません

杉並区内の公共施設にて、

清掃+スタッフフォローをお願いします。

具体的には…

  • 共用部・トイレ・外周などの日常清掃

  • パート・アルバイトさんのシフト調整

  • お休みが出た際の軽い現場フォロー

  • 施設担当者と社員の橋渡し

現場の簡単な状況確認・共有

  • 判断に迷うことは、必ず担当社員がフォロー
  • クレーム対応・トラブル対応を一人で抱えることはありません

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり172時間

7:00〜16:00(実働8h)

・週休2日制

※土日休み希望も相談可

家庭・プライベートとの両立もしやすい働き方です。

・1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制:月間総労働時間172時間
