・高等学校への広報活動・ガイダンス・説明会実施

・学校案内等の印刷物・DM制作

・学校HP企画・SNS更新・ブログ作成

・募集媒体検討

・外部業者とのディレクション業務

・高校生等の入学希望者向けのイベント企画~運営

・学生カウンセリングなど

リーダーレベルから学校責任者までステップアップが可能です。

教務、教務事務、学生サービスセンター、キャリアセンターなどジョブチェンジにもチャレンジできます。

  • チーム/組織構成

業務は複数名のチームで取り組んでいます。活躍しているメンバーは、中途入社が多く、学校業務経験者はほとんどいません。メンバーの前職は営業や販売、事務など様々。新しい方もすぐに馴染んでいただける環境です。

勤務時間

基本 8:40~17:40(実働8時間/休憩60分)
※シフト制で13:00~22:00(実働8時間)の勤務もあります
※残業:平均月0~10時間程度
