仕事内容:

Rockoon方式(※後述)での小型衛星打ち上げロケットの開発を行っている当社にて、ロケットの推力方向制御装置(TVC)制御設計エンジニアとして以下の領域を主担当としてご活躍いただきます。

軽量・高強度な設計をベースに、極限環境への耐性や現地での運用性も加味した実装力が求められるポジションです。

・姿勢制御設計およびその検証設備設計

・要求仕様の分析および構造制御仕様の策定

・制御ソフトウエア製造図面の作成および検証、外注先との調整

AstroXは「宇宙開発で"Japan as No.1"を取り戻す」をビジョンに掲げる民間宇宙スタートアップです。日本の宇宙開発において大きな課題である衛星打ち上げロケット不足を解決すべく、Rockoon方式による衛星軌道投入ロケットの開発を行っています。

Rockoon方式とは?

Rocket+Balloonの造語で、気球(Balloon)でロケットを成層圏まで運び、空中で点火して発射する打ち上げ方式のことです。2025年7月現在時点では、方位角制御を行っての気球からの空中発射は、世界中で弊社だけが成功している技術となります。

Why?

・何故、輸入ロケットではなく、「国産ロケット」なのか?

→ロケットは軍事技術と密接に関係するため、防衛観点から「地産地消=製造した国でしか打ち上げられない」という制限があり、輸入ロケットを使用する場合、コストが膨大になりがち、という課題があります。

・何故、民間スタートアップなのか?

→これまで宇宙開発の領域は国主導で研究開発が行われてきましたが、どうしても慎重にならざるを得ない部分があり、開発スピードに課題があると言われてきました。

・何故、日本発の宇宙開発なのか?

→少子高齢化が高速に進み、経済成長が鈍化し続ける現代日本において、世界でリーダーシップをとれる可能性が高い領域が、実は「宇宙」なのです。風の影響で、「どうしても飛翔体は東に流れる」という前提の中、「日本は東側が海」という世界的に見ても圧倒的な地理的アドバンテージがあります。また、かつて「ものづくり」で世界を席巻したことからも分かるように、「真面目で勤勉、手先が器用な国民性」と製造業の相性が良く、宇宙開発は日本の経済を牽引する重要な産業のひとつになると期待されています。

・何故、Rockoon方式なのか?

→昨今、欧米を中心に人工衛星通信サービスのスタートアップが複数出現する等、世界中でITや通信の領域から宇宙進出が加速しています。そういった、世界的な宇宙ニーズの高まりから、現在、世界中で衛星を打ち上げるためのロケットが不足しており、また、その膨大なコストも、マーケットの成長を妨げる大きなボトルネックとなっています。「安価なロケットの安定供給」という市場のニーズに答えるためのひとつの解が「Rockoon方式」なのです。現在、海外では、飛行機でロケットを運び、空中で打ち上げるという技術は確立されていますが、飛行機よりも気球は「安価」で「安全」、そしてより「高い」高度までロケットを運ぶことがでます。しかしながら、ロケットを空中で姿勢制御し、安定射出を実現することが技術的に難易度が高く、現時点で成功しているのが世界中で弊社のみ、となっており、弊社の競合優位性の源泉となっております。

・MATLAB-SimLinkなどの制御系開発ツールの使用経験

・機械工学または航空宇宙工学などの基礎知識など

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00(フレックス制、コアタイム有)

※入社後、適さないと判断した場合解除することがあります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,830,000 〜 ¥10,800,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥77,000〜¥142,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・年収583万円~1080万円

・経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。

・昇降給年2回(6月・12月)

・賞与支給年2回(6月・12月)

※時間外労働の有無にかかわらず30時間分の固定残業代を支給。

※30時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給。
