Job Description Summary: RF mixed signal product series key parameter evaluation for ADAS/automated driving radar MMIC, including device evaluation, report creation, and system evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Device evaluation and report creation
- Device development characteristic Go/Nogo judgment
- Product failure or defect analysis and countermeasure discussion
- Customer promotion performance evaluation data summary
- System evaluation implementation and support
- Efficient evaluation environment activities for next-generation product series
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in electrical/electronic engineering with 3+ years of practical experience
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering with 3+ years of practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, or evaluating automotive analog or mixed-signal products
- Strong problem-solving skills and abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- RF product measurement device usage experience and basic knowledge of RF products
- Ability to understand RF product specifications and mixed-signal product specifications
- Basic knowledge and experience in semiconductor evaluation, statistical evaluation, and PVT evaluation
- Experience in device evaluation based on IATF16949 and AEC-Q100
- Understanding and practical experience in defect analysis and product failure analysis methods
- Experience in device evaluation using automatic evaluation devices and systems
- English reading and writing skills
- Native-level Japanese language skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing, developing, or evaluating radar systems or products
- Experience in analog or mixed-signal or RF product circuit and layout design
- Experience in designing evaluation boards for analog or mixed-signal or RF products
- Experience in programming and debugging for semiconductor evaluation or testing (Python, LabVIEW, etc.)
