■ どんなお仕事? ■

「お客様に"うわぁ、すごい"って言われるのがうれしい」

そんな声が、日常的に飛び交うお店です。

まずは店舗スタッフとして、

お客様への接客やコーティングの施工作業などを通して、現場のことをしっかり学んでもらいます。

未経験からでも安心して始められるよう、マニュアルやサポート体制も整っています◎

店舗業務に慣れてきたら、徐々に店長業務(売上管理・スタッフ育成・店舗企画など)にも挑戦していただきます

オシャレな空間で、"自分らしさ"を活かしながら働ける環境です。

「販売の経験しかないけど…」という方でも、成長意欲があれば大歓迎

<具体的な業務内容(入社初期)>

・店舗での接客対応(受付・商品説明)

・スマホやスニーカーなどへのガラスコーティング施工

・店内ディスプレイやPOP作成

・SNS用の写真撮影や簡単な投稿 など

<慣れてきたらお任せしたいこと>

・スタッフの育成やシフト管理

・売上管理・報告

・販促アイデアの企画・実行

・店舗全体のマネジメント業務 など

10:30 出勤/店内清掃・予約状況の確認

11:00 開店/お客様対応やコーティング作業

13:00 ランチ(スタッフ同士で近くのお店へ♪)

14:30 在庫チェック・SNS更新など

16:00 施工対応 or お客様へのアフターフォロー

19:00 閉店準備・日報まとめ

19:30 退勤

・日本語での高度な読解力および会話力(日本語能力試験N1レベル相当)をお持ちの方

10:00-19:00

実労8H/休憩1H

月平均残業時間:10時間以下

休暇・休日:

シフト制、年間休日120日以上

有給休暇(入社半年後に10日付与)

夏季・年末年始休暇あり

趣味・ライブ・旅行などの予定に合わせて希望休も柔軟対応◎

プライベートの時間もちゃんと楽しめるように、業務効率も重視

新店オープン前のため、本社にて研修あり

給与:

月給:25万円〜38万円(スキル・経験に応じて決定)

・昇給:年2回(成長スピードに合わせて柔軟に評価)

・賞与:業績連動で支給あり

・試用期間:3ヶ月(給与・条件に変更なし)
