そんな方にフィットするのが、この店舗サポートスタッフです。

まずは店舗に立ち、

お客様対応やガラスコーティングの施工作業を通して

お店のこと・サービスのことを基礎から学ぶところからスタートします。

いきなり難しい業務や責任を任せることはありません。

マニュアル完備+先輩が横について教える体制なので、

未経験でも一つずつできることを増やしていけます。

業務に慣れてきたら、

売上管理やスタッフ育成、店舗づくりといった

「お店を動かす側」の仕事にも少しずつチャレンジできます。

接客だけで終わらない。

でも、デスクワークだけでもない。

現場感のある正社員として成長できるポジションです。

<具体的な業務内容(入社初期)>

・店舗での接客対応(受付・サービス説明)

・スマホやスニーカーなどへのガラスコーティング施工

・店内ディスプレイやPOPの作成

・SNS用の写真撮影、簡単な投稿

A. 問題ありません。ほとんどのスタッフが未経験スタートです。

道具の使い方や接客の流れは、マニュアルとOJTで丁寧に教えます。

A. 日報の書き方、報告の仕方、仕事の進め方など

社会人の基本からフォローします。

「分からない前提」で教えるので安心してください。

月給:25万円〜38万円(スキル・経験に応じて決定)
