必須要件
クライアント企業向けのUXデザインコンサルティング経験(5年以上)
ユーザーリサーチ、ペルソナ・カスタマージャーニー作成、UX施策立案、プロトタイピング、ユーザビリティテストなどの実務経験
クライアント向けのUXデザイン・改善プロジェクトにおいて、戦略策定から施策実行までをリードした経験
ビジネス、テクノロジーを踏まえたUXデザインの実践経験
クイアントのビジネス目標や技術的制約を理解し、開発プロジェクトに落とし込み、実装に結びつけた経験
経営層・ユーザー・開発チームなど、複数のステークホルダーと連携し、最適なUXを実現した経験
チームリード・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
UXデザインチームやビジネスコンサルチーム、開発チームをリードし、カスタマー向けソリューションを創出した経験
