仕事内容について
仙台の本部事務所にて、経理や労務に関するサポート業務を担当していただきます。
日々の数字入力や書類整理、勤怠管理の補助など、現場が安心して働けるように支える役割です。
業務推進本部には、細かく煩雑になりやすい業務もあります。
そのため、ただ作業をこなすのではなく、どうすれば分かりやすくなるか、どうすれば無理なく回るかを一緒に考えていく仕事です。
業務に慣れてきた方や、興味のある方には、
業務の効率化や簡単な自動化、SNS管理、DX関連のサポート業務にも少しずつ関わっていただけます。
専門的な知識が最初から必要ということはありません。
誰かの働きやすさを裏側から支えたい方、
人や社会に役立つ仕事に関わりたい方に向いているポジションです。

急な体調不良や学校行事がある日も、相談しながら勤務を調整できます。
在宅やリモート勤務を取り入れることもできるため、家庭と仕事を切り離さずに続けられます。
仕事内容は、経理や労務のサポートを中心としたバックオフィス業務。
表に出る仕事ではありませんが、現場で働くスタッフが安心して仕事に向き合えるよう、土台を整える大切な役割です。

勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間について
勤務時間は9時から15時、または10時からなど、1日6時間程度を想定しています。
お子さんの送迎や家事、プライベートとの両立を考えながら働ける時間帯です。
勤務日数や時間帯は一律ではなく、ご希望のライフスタイルに合わせて相談しながら決めていきます。
無理なく続けられることを大切にしているため、状況に応じた柔軟な働き方が可能です。
また、業務内容やご事情に応じて、在宅勤務やリモート勤務も取り入れています。
生活の変化があっても、働き方を調整しながら長く関われる環境です。
休暇・休日:
勤務は週3日程度を想定しているため、勤務日以外は基本的にお休みとなります。
土日祝日は原則休みで、家庭や子どもとの時間をしっかり確保できます。
学校行事や家庭の予定がある場合も、事前に相談いただければ勤務日の調整が可能です。
急な体調不良や突発的な事情がある場合も、お互いに無理のない対応を大切にしています。
休むことに気を使いすぎる必要はありません。
長く働き続けるために、きちんと休めることも大切な仕事の一部だと考えています。
給与:
時給は1040円からのスタートとなります。
これまでのご経験やスキル、業務への関わり方に応じて、相談のうえ決定します。
事務経験や経理労務の知識がある方、
業務改善や効率化、DX関連業務に関われる方は、スキルに応じて時給を考慮します。
最初から高いスキルを求めるのではなく、
できることを少しずつ増やしていく中で、役割や評価も見直していく考え方です。
