Job Description
GEベルノバの陸上風力部門に所属し、風力発電機メーカーのフィールドエンジニアとして、ウィンドファーム(風力発電所)における次の各種業務に従事していただきます。
【 仕事内容 】
- 風力発電設備の保守・点検業務・月例・年次定期点検作業 (メンテナンスマニュアルに基づき所定の点検作業を実施)
- 日常点検作業(目視巡視・ボルトの増し締め・各種機器基の動作確認など日常点検)
- 各報告書作成
- 風力発電機の修理・改良業務
- 突発的修理作業:風力発電機に異常・不具合発生時に原因を究明し、敏速なトラブル解消を実施
- 改良作業:風力発電機の性能・信頼性向上のための改良作業を実施、社内のテクニカル部門と密接に連携しながら効果的に推進
- 顧客対応
- 定期報告業務、顧客の技術的質問への対応
- 外部業務委託先の手配と管理
- メンテナンス作業を外部委託する際にサイトマネジャーと協力をして 、①委託先の選定②発注③進捗管理④業務管理を実施。一連の業務を主導し、全体のリソース最適化など様々な側面を統括
- 協力会社などのチームメンバーを効果的にリードし、関係各所との円滑・良好な協力体制の構築と維持。外部委託先は、日本国内企業に限らず外国企業の場合もあり
- 予備品・消耗品・道工具管理
- 風力発電機の保守部品・消耗品およびメンテナンス用工具の管理

【応募資格:必須】
- 電気・機械の知識・技術を活かしたサービス分野で4年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方(風力分野以外でも可)
- 普通通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
- 英語に抵抗がない方(作業説明書が英語となる為、読み書き,文章チェックおよび簡単なコミュニケーション程度可能なレベルの英語力)
- 基本的なPCスキル (Office365(Excel、Word等))
- 問題提起、改善とへの積極的な取り組みおよびそれを実行するための解決力
- 小規模チーム内や関係各所との良好な 信頼関係を築くための適切なコミュニケーション能力
【歓迎条件】
- 電気工事士、電気主任技術者の資格保有者
- 機械保全、生産技術、品質管理などの実務経験
- 高圧設備、特別高圧設備の知識や経験
- 自動車、船舶、航空機、風車等でのメンテナンス経験
【入社後の流れ】
▼まずは東京本社でのオリエンテーションに参加し、理念や事業など基本的なことを学びます。
▼約2週間の安全トレーニング国際基準のカリキュラムを受講し、安全訓練や緊急対応を習得します。
▼配属先へ。先輩のサポートを受けながら設備環境に慣れるところからスタートします。
※英語の作業説明書を使う機会もサポート体制があるので安心自然に英語に慣れる環境です
