仕事内容:

★18:00~翌10:00積極採用中

フロント係(*フロント業務全般)*

ホテル運営にまつわるフロント業務全般をお任せします。最初は先輩スタッフが付いて研修を行っていきますので安心です。

❖具体的には…

・お客様のチェックイン・チェックアウトの確認。

・お客様対応〈直接やお電話(内線/外線)による、お問い合わせ対応。〉

・ご予約の受付や案内。

・レンタル品や飲食サービスの調理・調理補助と客室への配膳や回収。

・お客様情報などの簡単なデータ入力。(エクセル入力)

・フロント/ロビー/厨房や駐車場の清掃。レンタル品等ののお手入れなど。

・食材や販売品、レンタル品等の在庫管理、発注。

・新規サービスの提案や運用。

研修中は、先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導します。分からない事は、分かるまで相談ください♪

現在のフロントスタッフは、全員未経験スタート

未経験の方でも、すぐに覚えられる事が多いので、出来る事から行い、徐々にスキルアップ【出来る仕事】を増やしていって下さい

先輩社員がしっかりフォローをしていくので、焦らず着実に覚えて行けばOKです。

仕事の能力も大事ですが、勤怠や挨拶などがしっかりできる様な、やる気のある方を重視し採用したいです。

もちろん、能力もしっかり評価3ヵ月の研修期間を設けておりますが、頑張って早く覚えて頂ける方は、1ヵ月でも2ヵ月でも研修修了となり、給与アップ

❖給与も休みも安定して働けます

早上がりをさせたり、手当をカットしたりなどの人件費削減は行っていません。逆に残業でその後の予定に影響がなんてこともありません。まじめに働く皆さんが楽しく仕事してもらえればと思っています。

❖給与ベースの高い月給制や正社員、総合職への移行も可能です

シフトは基本曜日固定なので予定もしっかり立てられます。週5で実働8H以上の勤務をしているスタッフは、より給与ベースの高い月給制の選択も可能です。また、フロント職だけでなく清掃職もできる様になれば総合業務職としてかなり稼げるようになります。詳しくは面接にてご気軽に聞いてください。

❖評価次第で、キャリアアップ可能

評価次第で、現場から運営やサービス構築を行う管理職に上がることもできます。

❖セルフまかない付き♪

調理業務になれるまでは、自分で調理をしてそれをまかないとして食べれます。

勤務時間・曜日:

現在、下記の時間帯を大募集

①隔勤18:00~翌10:00★積極採用中★

※隔勤とは→週3回勤務(勤務時間が長い為、週6勤務分)

勤務日の翌日は明け休みとなります。

(2日間で見るとわかりやすい48時間の内、16時間勤務し32時間が明け休みとなります)

②24:00~9:00

休暇・休日:

・基本シフトは全員曜日固定となります。(※時間や勤務曜日が変動する方はご相談下さい)

・採用連絡の際にご本人のご希望含め、固定曜日をお伝えしご納得頂ければ入社となります。

・サービス業の為、土日出勤可能であれば採用率は高くなります。

神奈川県横浜市保土ヶ谷区1254番地(今井ICすぐ) HOTEL W-CUTE

  • 東戸塚駅より相鉄バス【2分】
  • 横浜新道『今井I.C』目の前
  • 『みなとみらい』より車で13分
  • 『横浜駅』より車で15分
  • 『東戸塚駅』より車で2分

アクセス:

HOTEL W-CUTEまでは、3つのアクセス方法があります。

①車やバイクでのご通勤

ご自宅→HOTEL W-CUTE

横浜新道の今井I.Cの目の前にホテルがあります。(ちなみに今井I.Cは、"みなとみらい"より車で13分、横浜駅より車で18分、東戸塚駅西口より車で2分です。)

もちろん従業員専用の駐車場や駐輪場は完備なので、車・バイクの通勤をご希望される方を歓迎しています現状では、車で来られる方が一番多いですよ♪

②JR東戸塚駅よりバスでのご通勤(乗車時間2分)

東戸塚駅西口→横浜ゴルフ場下→HOTEL W-CUTE

湘南新宿ライン(高崎線-東海道本線)や横須賀線が通っている、JR東戸塚駅よりバスで2駅になります。(相鉄バス[浜17][浜18][旭6]、バス停"東戸塚駅西口"より乗車2分、バス停"横浜ゴルフ場下"を降りて職場まで2分)

バスの乗車時間はたったの【2分】

なので、JR東戸塚駅からHOTEL W-CUTEまでは、5分もかかりません。また、バスは3種類もあるので、基本的に5分〜10分おきに来ます。バス通いのスタッフの方も多数いらっしゃいます♪

現状、中番(基本は18:00〜24:00)勤務されているバス通いのスタッフで、帰りの終バスに間に合わせたシフトで勤務している方もいらっしゃいます♪

③徒歩や自転車でのご通勤(所要時間:徒歩18分自転車7分)

自宅→HOTEL W-CUTE

東戸塚駅→HOTEL W-CUTE

自宅から徒歩や自転車で来られる方、駅から徒歩や自転車で来られるスタッフの方もいらっしゃいますよ♪

給与:

◆深夜フロント月給制(研修修了者)

・〈週5勤務〉研修終了者→¥261,910~

・〈週6勤務〉研修終了者→¥306,590~

◆深夜フロント正社員

・〈週5勤務〉研修終了者→¥276,910~

・〈週6勤務〉研修終了者→¥321,590~

◆時給(研修修了者)

¥1,200~¥1,500
