Job Description for GX Project
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the GX Project working with international developers to ensure project success.
- Oversee project management tasks including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Conduct due diligence for land acquisition and permitting processes.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Engage in negotiations and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring open lines of communication.
- Develop, maintain, and improve business models relevant to project initiatives.
- Coordinate strategic planning sessions with relevant teams to set project goals and objectives.
- Prepare necessary documentation and reports for project progress and stakeholder updates.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in the project.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Business English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in M&A and PPA environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with different stakeholders and developers.
- Experience in land acquisition and permitting processes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of strategic planning and business model development.
