仕事内容:

現場監督や各現場にて防水工事等の作業を、現場責任者の指導・管理のもと行っていただきます。足場を上がっていただく作業もあります。主に屋上やベランダでの工事となります。

勤務時間・曜日:

・8:00~18:00 (現場により就業時間調整し週40時間程度)

・時間外労働あり 月平均10時間 36協定における特別条項あり(臨時の受注、一時的な業務の増大)

・休憩時間60分

休暇・休日:

・休日等 日・祝日 年末年始 夏季休暇

(6ヶ月経過後の年次有給休暇日数10日)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥240,000 〜 ¥345,600は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(27時間相当分)を含む。27時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
