勤務地/ Work Location
勤務地は青梅市、 小作駅からバス10分のデータセンター(※車通勤可)

業務内容/Work Description
外資系企業のデータセンターや大手IT企業にて受付・セキュリティ保全業務をお任せします。デスクワークも多く、体力的な負担も少ないお仕事です。
・施設への入退館管理
→来訪客の身分証と事前予約リストの確認をし、間違いがなかったら入館証を発行します。
・施設内の巡回
→データセンター周辺や内部に不審物や不審人物がいないかパトロールして確認します。
・お客様のエスコート
→来訪客を決められたお部屋までお通しし、必要に応じて他の場所にもエスコートします。
・金属探知機を用いた手荷物検査・身体検査
→サーバールームに入るスタッフの方たちの手荷物検査を金属探知機を使って行います。
USBや持ち込み禁止品がないかの最終チェックをします。
などなど、一般に想像される警備よりもパソコンでの作業が多く、デスクワーク経験者の方々大歓迎です。
みなさんに常駐していただく施設は、外資系企業のデータセンターなので、英語スキルがあるかたは存分に発揮していただけます英語力がなくても、伸ばしていきたい、あこがれがあるなどでも大丈夫ですぜひご応募くださいね
・Facility Entry and Exit Management:
→Verify the visitor's ID and the pre-registered visitor list, and issue an entry pass if there are no discrepancies.
・Facility Patrol:
→Conduct patrols around and inside the data center to check for suspicious objects or individuals.
・Escorting Visitors:
→Escort visitors to the designated room, and guide them to other locations as needed.
・Baggage and Body Inspection Using Metal Detectors:
→Conduct baggage inspections using metal detectors for staff entering the server room. This includes a final check to ensure no USB devices or prohibited items are being brought in.
