非管理職:Associate Senior Associate 野村グループでは、データ利活用を強化し収益化を図り競争優位性を高めるために、データを戦略的資産として位置付けております。そうした中で当社はData CoE (Center of Excellence)を立ち上げ、組織を横断した取り組みを本格的に開始しております。データ戦略部(Chief Data Office, CDO)はData CoEの一員として、野村グループにおけるデータ利活用の促進において重要な役割を果たしています。現在Data CoEでは多数のプロジェクトを運営しており、この取り組みに貢献出来る人材を探しています。入社後は社内の業務部門を横断するプロジェクトに従事する事になります。 我々が提供する機会: Data CoEに参画し、部門横断型の様々なデータ分析プロジェクトに携わり、チームを作り上げて行く過程に貢献する機会。 経営層に近い立ち位置からプロジェクトを遂行し、関連会社等も含む当社グループ全体へのダイナミックなインパクトを創出するプロセスに参画・貢献出来る機会。 金融ドメイン知識について経験豊富な金融のプロフェッショナルと学びながら、データサイエンスにより金融業界を推進・革新する過程に参画出来る機会。 技術面・金融ドメイン知識双方に知見のある様々なバックグラウンドの多様なチームメンバーと、協力的な環境にて相互に学習しながら成長出来る機会。 国際的にビジネスを展開している企業のグローバル本社にて、グループデータ戦略部の海外のチームメンバーとも協業しながら国際的な環境にて業務を推進する経験。 職務内容: 野村グループにおけるデータ利活用の基盤構築、データガバナンスの確立、ビジネスインテリジェンス提供、データ分析、AI利活用等の各種データ利活用プロジェクトやAI関連プロジェクトに参加します。 ウェルスマネジメント事業、又はそれ以外の部門、関連会社等のデータを、SQLやPython等を用いて分析し、ビジネス上の意味のある洞察を提供します。 PowerBI等を用いて、経営陣、財務、人事、リスク、およびその他の部門のKPIを把握するダッシュボードを作成および維持し、各種KPIデータをビジネス上の意味のある形で提供します。 社内の業務プロセスを分析し、改善余地を模索し、業務プロセスを改善すると共に自動化を推進します。 ドキュメント、ツールキット、FAQガイド等を作成・提供します。 内部/外部の利害関係者にデータの重要性を啓蒙し、データ活用を向上させるための研修等を実施します。
3-7年のビッグデータ分析経験があり、現在も関連職務に従事している事。 Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn等)、SQL、Snowflake等の実務的なスキルに裏打ちされた、データサイエンスに対する実務的な理解とビジネス実装実績がある事。 PowerBIによるBI・データ可視化のスキル・経験。 業務プロセスの分析、改善、python等を用いた自動化の経験。
成熟した口頭・書面によるコミュニケーションスキルと、内外の組織やプロジェクトチームに効果的に貢献出来る能力。 金融業界とそのビジネスに対する強い関心と好奇心。データによって金融ビジネスを推進/革新する強いモチベーション。 ビジネススキルとデータ分析スキルを備え、自発的にアクションを起こせる適性。ビジネスへの影響を理解し、データを実際のビジネス面の洞察・改善に変換し伝達する能力。 アジャイル開発・プロジェクトの参加・運営経験。 ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語。
コンピューターサイエンス、統計学、計量経済学等の学士号または修士号。 Pythonによる機械学習、MLOps関連の経験・スキル。 AWSサービスの利活用実績。AWS Solutions Architect AssociateなどのAWS認定。 金融業界とそのビジネスに関するドメイン知識、経験。 Jira等を用いたプロジェクトマネジメント経験。 ChatGPT等のLLMを用いたアプリ・ツール開発等の経験。
