仕事内容:

○保育業務全般の業務をお願いいたします。

・0歳児~5歳児の保育業務(定員90名)

・書類作成や付随する業務

(分け合って負担軽減に取り組んでいます。)

普段の保育を大切にした保育をしています。

たくさんのえほんに包まれ

心穏やかにゆっくりと優しい保育を実践しています。

自然に触れる中で、「たのしそう」「やってみたい」という興味・関心が芽生え、

「やってみたいけれど、できるかな?」というこどもの気持ちにも寄り添います。

個人のペースで選択しながら体験できるよう、そっと見守り、応援しています。

食事では、旬の食材の色・形・匂いに気づけるように声をかけ、

「誰が育ててくれたのかな?」「どこから来たのかな?」と一緒に考えます。

自然や人への感謝、いのちをいただく感覚を、

日々の暮らしのなかで育んでいきたいと考えています。

また、2027年には園舎もリニューアル予定

園舎のリニューアル中は、仮園舎での勤務となります。

求める人材:

※保育士資格必須

勤務時間・曜日:

交替制(シフト制)

7:30~18:30の時間の間の8時間

休憩時間:6~8時間内の勤務について45分、8時間勤務について60分あり(法令に基づく)

※勤務曜日と時間ご相談可能♪

休暇・休日:

週休2日制

年間休日124日

◎ 2026年1月~ 引継ぎ共同保育開始

◎ 2026年4月~ 新体制による保育スタート

2026年4月入職希望の方も応募可能です♪

また、2027年には園舎もリニューアル予定

園舎のリニューアル中は、仮園舎での勤務となります。

※令和8年46月より、大阪市立酉島保育所を業務委託にて株式会社みんなのみらい計画が運営予定です。

給与:

勤務できるシフト条件に応じて、下記の①・②で時給が変わります

① モーニング/イブニング短時間スタッフ

時給:1,650円

条件:モーニングまたはイブニングの時間帯で、固定勤務できる方(1日2~3時間以内)

※3時間を超えて勤務したい方は②の時給が適用されます。

【モーニングとは】 開園時間から3時間(例 7:30~10:30)

【イブニングとは】 閉園時間までの3時間(例 16:00~19:00)

② 早番/遅番可能スタッフ

時給: 1,480円

条件:早番または遅番のシフトに、週1日以上勤務できる方

※早番・遅番以外の日や時間帯でも、時給は一律1,480円です。

【早番とは】 8:00 を含む 8:00 以前から必要配置として勤務すること

【遅番とは】 19:00 を含む 19:00 以降まで必要配置として勤務すること
