ソフトバンク(SB)の一次代理店として、

お客様サポートをメインに行っている

コールセンターでのお仕事です。

※勤務開始日は【1月15日以降】でご相談可能です。

サービス終了・料金改定に伴うご案内と、

他サービスへの切替受付をお任せします

※既存のお客様からの受電対応です。

※マイグレーション(移行受付)業務です。

・サービス終了や値上げに関するご案内

・他サービスへの切替のご提案、ご説明

・切替受付や申込に関する対応

・お客様が安心して移行できるようサポート

・10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

※原則としてメインシフトでの
