全国の『ガリバー』店舗にて、お車の提案営業(買取・販売)をお任せします。

◎最短9ヶ月で店長へ年功序列なしのフラットな評価。

◎まずは現場で買取・販売の基礎をしっかり学べるので安心。

【仕事内容】

・店舗での買取

・販売接客(100%反響)

・車両査定(チェックリストに沿ってスマホで撮るだけ)

・在庫車の仕入れ管理、店舗クリーンネス

・お客様へのサンクス連絡、契約書類作成

※未経験からスタートし、1年以内に役職に就いた先輩も多数

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00〜20:00。残業少なめ。シフト制・年休120日。

休暇・休日:

◆週休二日制(シフト制:休日月9日以上)

◆長期休暇:GW、夏季、年末年始、慶弔休暇、特別休暇、出産/育児休暇、介護休暇

◆⽇本全国47都道府県のガリバー直営全店舗および事業所

◆初期配属は希望に沿ったエリアへ配属します

『エリア社員制度:3つの働き方の形態があります』

①ナショナル社員(全国で勤務)

② エリア限定社員(選択した12エリア内で勤務)

③都道府県限定社員(選択した都道府県内で勤務)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥31,888(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給25万円〜+インセンティブ+賞与年2回

※想定年収450〜500万円

◆賞与:年2回(平均3ヶ月分)

◆昇給:昇給査定/年1回、能力給査定/年3回

◆インセンティブ:全社員平均60万円(最大140万円)

【モデル年収】

25歳/1年目:年収450万円、28歳/3年目:年収624万円。
