Job Description
職務概要**
関東エリアにおけるMDS/VAM製品群の売上目標達成と顧客満足度向上に貢献する。担当施設との強固な関係を構築し、製品知識、臨床知識、ビジネス戦略を駆使して、ソリューション提案を行う。
主な職務内容**
担当エリア(関東)の医療機関におけるMDS/VAM製品群の販売・マーケティング活動
担当施設との信頼関係構築と維持、キーパーソンとの良好なコミュニケーション
製品デモンストレーション、プレゼンテーション、ハンズ・オントレーニングの実施
顧客ニーズの把握と、ニーズに合わせたソリューション提案
競合他社製品情報の収集と分析
社内関連部署(マーケティング、カスタマーサービス等)との連携
売上目標達成に向けた活動計画の策定と実行
市場動向、競合情報、顧客ニーズ等の情報収集と分析
顧客への技術的なサポートとトレーニング
営業報告書の作成と提出
各種イベント、学会への参加
応募資格**
大卒以上
医療機器業界における営業経験3年以上 (MDS/VAM製品群の経験があれば尚可)
PCスキル(Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
普通自動車運転免許
自発的に行動し、チームワークを重視できる方
変化に柔軟に対応できる方
高い倫理観を持ち、誠実な対応ができる方
