求める人材:

【必須】美容師免許を取得していること

未経験でも歓迎します。基礎から丁寧に技術指導を行うため、意欲的に学ぶ姿勢があれば大丈夫です。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間(シフト制):10:00~20:00

・早番:10:00~19:00

・遅番:11:00~20:00

・1日8時間勤務+1時間休憩

お客様のご予約が入っていなければ、臨機応変に早上がりの対応も可能です。

曜日:完全週休2日制(不定休・シフト休)

平日のみの勤務希望にも対応しています。土日祝出勤時は1,600円の手当が支給されるため、稼ぎたい時期には土日シフトを増やすなど、自由に調整できます。

月給:240,000円~410,000円

・経験者:240,000円~

・未経験者:230,000円~(試験合格による昇給あり)

・歩合給(個人・店舗実績手当、資格手当あり)

・管理美容師手当あり(管理美容師資格保有者が対象)

入社1年目で34万円の支給実績があります。

稼ぎたい時期には土日シフトを増やすなど、働き方に応じて収入を調整できます。
